Quality Policy
PDI is committed to providing quality service to our customers. We define quality as meeting or exceeding stated customer requirements in all aspects of our operation.
We will:
- Consult with our customers regularly to ensure that we understand and document their quality requirements.
- Establish, monitor and continuously improve a quality system designed to meet or exceed our customers’ documented requirements. This system will be registered to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
- Establish and monitor annual quality objectives designed to continually improve our service to our customers.
- Ensure all employees understand and are committed to achieving our quality policy and objectives.
- Ensure that employees receive the necessary training and resources to accomplish our quality objectives.
